The Owners
Fred and Darus Juarez moved to the beautiful Rogue Valley in 2011, drawn by the same quality of life that brings families to Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. They purchased the local Budget Blinds franchise in 2014, establishing a reputation for outstanding customer service that spans over a decade.
When their daughter Caylee and son-in-law Austin Getz approached them about learning the business and creating something of their own, Southern Oregon Painting was born. This multi-generational approach brings together Fred and Darus's proven business experience with the fresh energy and innovation of the younger generation.
Austin serves as our sales consultant and project manager. He also holds lead certification for safe handling of older paint materials. Caylee manages office operations and customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our family values. Together, they're building a legacy business that will serve Southern Oregon families for generations.
